New Lens Remote for the EX
Looks like the new lens remote for the EX will be the
libec ZC-9EX ... the pics on this site should explain the
non-standard connector, as it has an addapter cable at the
end for interfacing...

Is there a possibility you could post the raw footage... when I play the files you posted on a large screen I see lots of noise in the black area's....

Thomas, I've been there done that and I have used Norton Ghost several times to pull the old files off of a "dead " drive...
If it will spin up then you have a chance... try to access the drive...

you'll need to motion track the blemish.......
you'll need to motion track the blemish.... create a small mask to cover the blemish and track the motion, keeping the mask over the blemish as it moves... there are several tutorials there showing...
