you should also consider getting a polarizer filter for your shooting methods that you have described and with this filter...

you'd have to get a step up ring to work with the HV20 but the close up lens

get Cineform and choose your editor... I have heard Vegas does a better job on the output... some use both, Premiere and Vegas in the work flow...

They work great on a pc platform....
