Getting Effect Boxes out of the Trimmer

I just started using Vegas (more of an Avid guy) and when I first started, all effects, when clicked, came up in a seperate box. Somehow now, they appear in the trimmer frame and appear as a tab.

Is there an easy way to switch this? I am using Vegas 6, platinum.

I have configured my workstation and would hate to have to default it.

Thanks!!!

There's a series of dots down the upper left side of the docked section. Click on the dots and drag away from the docked area.
