Scroll bar went missing. at DVinfo.net

I woke up this morning ready to edit a program and my horizontal scroll bar has a black line over it, also the vertical scroll bar is missing. I tried opening up previous ver of Vegas and same thing with that, also DVD Architect, black bar over the scroll bar. What did I hit? Any ideas. Thanks

You have a couple of options. One option is to reset your Windows Theme back to the default. Another option is to go into the preferences in Vegas and turn off "Theme Support".
