Transitions
Can anyone please tell me how to extend the time of transitions.
The default seems to be a little too short to apprericiate the beauty of the transitions. I just bought my Vegas 5 and still have a long way to go. Thanks. |

The more your two events overlap, the longer the transition takes.

When you drag multiple events to the timeline at once, they will be automatically overlapped. You can set the amount of this overlap in the preferences. Changing this simply creates longer overlaps which, as Gary mentioned, creates longer transitions. The overlap amount can also be changed via scripts.

Their prediction was that it would be out before the end of the year. I'm betting it will be out in late January or February, but I'm a pessimist.
