Vegas to Flash at DVinfo.net

Anyone familiar with how a Vegas editor creates and presents Flash movies (3min previews) on a non-flash website?

What's happening is as follows: My prospects view my videos in Media Player currently. I do not use embedded player windows on my pages, because I have seen them create havoc on page loading when using that method, especially when trying to leave a page.

Problem is that with pop-up Windows Media Player viewer (as I use) the video can be viewed at any size, like full screen, prompting the viewer to tell me how fuzzy my videos looked.

I want to control the quality and size that my videos are viewed at. It seems Flash might be an option.

Any thoughts?
