Audio FX for bird sounds
Hi, This is my first step in Audio treatment.
I am shooting mainly birds and till now I was in my 'silent movie' era. Yesterday I tried for the first time applying an audio Fx. I added a track EQ with low shelf to cut frequencies below 600Hz a high shelf to cut above 2600Hz and added gain between (1200Hz). Also added a volume envelope for control along the track. This approach eliminated the unwanted camera motor noise and wind noise. It couldn't remove the not far away road noise though.(can I do something for road noise?) Did anyone used Vegas for bird sound, what would you recommend? Is this the right treatment ? What other Fx within Vegas should I try? Are there any special third party Fx you recommend? Thanks, Sassi |
