Video Capture will not open at DVinfo.net

I am having a crisis. Video capture simply will not open on Vegas 6. I have tried with my camera connected and clicking the autoplay capture button, I have clicked the capture button in Vegas and gone up to file and hit capture. What should I do? Thanks

What version of Vegas 6 are you using? I'm guessing 6.0 or 6.0a. Update to 6.0d and all should be fine.
