WMP First Frame Preview Encoding at DVinfo.net

Sorry for the long title but I am not sure exactly how to describe this effect. When I encode to WM for web delivery the player never shows the first frame of the video before you press play, it is always just black. If I encode to the same Video to QT, when the web page loads up the QT player shows the first frame of the video. How would I encode in Vegas to get the embedded WM video in the web page to do the same thing, ie. show the first frame of the video and not just a black screen? I hope my explanation makes sense. The video is not fading in or anything either so their should be no reason to show a black screen. I also don't want the video to autostart because there are several embedded in the page.
