HDV output from FCP to Vegas

How can I get HDV1080i60 footage from a Canon A1 camcorder, (editing in Final cut) over to Vegas v7? Without losing rez??

thanks

I've tried a bunch of things already -- to no avail.

Thanks
Steven

Just to see if there is an easier way around the problem, why are you going from FCP to Vegas? Both are great programs but either one is not usually used as a finisher for the other.

...sort of a long explanation.
But the short of it is, I have "presentation software" (for a HD video projector) that work on the PC that works hand in hand with Vegas
