No worries.

Just import them as media and drop them into the timeline.

Sean,
If your DVD is write once only, you'll have to reauthor another. Just use Vegas 7 to import the file off of the DVD (file->import->file name), put it on the timeline, add your photos, then re-render to MPEG-2 and re-author the new disk in DVDA. If you don't have Vegas 7, you'll have to rip the file using a ripper program to get both video and audio off of the authored disk. Then add that file to the timeline and go from there. Search the net for "video ripper" and you'll get lots of hits. Of course, if you have the original file that you put on the DVD, you can just open the .veg file and add the photos to the show. If you are talking about just storing them on the disk (as a data file) along with having a show that plays from the same disk, there is a way to do that but others will have to chime in as I haven't done that yet. Do a search in this forum...might get lucky ;-). Hope this helps.

You can also define an "Extras" folder in the project properties -- DVDA will include the folder on the disc, but not as a timeline event.

Folks should know that you can do this even with DVDA 1 (I know because I've done it).
All you need to do is add the Extras folder at the time of burning and burn it as a data disc.
This means using an external app instead of DVDA but I think most folks have one.

woh thaz sweet. I didnt know that DVDA can add an extra folder. Yeah, I was refering to burning the disc as a DVD, and yet having a portion as pure data. In the case, I want to store a folder of jpegs into the same DVD. I will have a look and try it. Thanks for the helpful stuff guys!
