Ultimate S with Vegas at DVinfo.net

Hey All, newbie poster here so please be patient.

Anyhow, I'm running Vegas 7.0 and have been for a long time now but I just downloaded the Ultimate S plug-in and have been playing around with it. It seems really cool however when I'm in MotoFoto and I do a process right before it lands on the Vegas timeline I get a nasty little Fatal Error

Sony Vegas 7.0
Version 7.0d (Build 192)
Exception 0xC0000005 (access violation) READ:0x8 IP:0xD7B9B97
In Module 'QuickTime.qts' at Address 0xD750000 + 0x69B97
Thread: VideoCache ID=0xEA8 Stack=0x341F000-0x3420000

and then Vegas just shuts down completely. So, the question is, does anyone know why that's happening? If I put the photos in one by one on the timeline with all the transitions et. al. I have no problems. it just seems to be with US 3.0. I notice a Quicktime Reference in the error details but I'm not sure how that's relating to this problem.

So thanks ahead for any info you all can share.
