De-noise plugin?

I am using an HC1 with Vegas, since there is some low-light noise, is there a de-noise plug to help with this?

Bump! I plan to shoot the inside of a cave eventually, and I know getting enough light will be a huge problem, a plugin that helps with noise would help a ton there!
