DVD Architecht audio question

I completed a DVD, all video files, then decided to add a 256 meg audio track as a menu item. Disk usage jumped from 4gigs to 8? The program creates a "dummy" video file that takes up too much space. I am unable to delete this file and use just audio.

Is there a way to do this or is a project either Video or Audio?

How are you exporting the sound? As MPEG?

Export as AC-3 for the smallest file size.

I am simply dropping an .mp3 file on the menu. The "fake" Video track is added and its that track that takes up the space.

Go to the drop-down above the preview window (or tree diagram) and select the item (probably has a green rectangle next to it).

Then, under the Properties tab, go to Track Media. It should display the video and audio file names. You should then be able to delete the video.
