Live Vegas training?
I am trying to find information about live classes (beg/intermediate) offered for Vegas. In searching the web, I have found DVD sets that I'm sure would be helpful...but my preference is really to do something in person if possible.
Does anyone have any leads? Something in the Seattle area would be great, but if the price is right, I may be able to travel. Thanks for any help you can offer. Dawn |

Dawn,
VASST offers live training in the Seattle area, or you can come to our training location in SLC, Utah. Additionally, we're offering the Certified Vegas User and Certified Vegas Editor training at NAB in Las Vegas. (April)

Thanks, I appreciate that! I have the DVDs on my radar in case I can't make it work with something in person. I'll go offline to get details about costs for the live training.
Would you happen to have any additional information, though, about the training that will be offered at NAB (i.e. cost, dates, appropriate knowledge level)? I'm having trouble finding mention of these sessions on the NAB 2007 website... Thanks again, Dawn |

Dawn, I would suggest you get both of the training dvd's before you go to any live training. I have both and found them to be incredibly informative and VERY user friendly. They are great! Douglas does a great job on them and it will actually increase your learning ability when you do get to a live training class. Bob
