Aliasing When Rendering Issue

I need to make a render for Apple Quicktime (7)....

I've made a custom template with the following attributes: Video Format - JPEG / Pixel Aspect Ratio - 1 / 24bpp color / 23.976 (IVTC Film) / HD (1280x720) / Quality - HIGH (100%)

The video looks pretty good; problem is that there is aliasing I'd like to get rid of.

When I previously edited in FCP (untouched by Vegas) and view the footage there is hardly any visible aliasing.

Any suggestions?
