HD preview

I was wondering if Vegas 7 supports HD preview on an external monitor? Perhaps with a decklink or AJA? The explanation is the manual is kind of ambiguous...

SD out via DV is possible, I get that, but 1280x720 via decklink e.g.?

Or would perhaps the (new) Blackmagic Intensity do? I don't plan on capturing with it, but if I could see a preview on a HD monitor that way (straight from the vegas timeline), it would serve it's purpose...

Vegas 7 supports both AJA and Decklink cards. Currently, I'm using both. AJA is *much* more solid at this point in time.

Does anyone have any experience with the new blackmagic Intensity. HDMI output for the preview would be very handy, and this card seems to have the easiest solution by far...

Have you tried an DVI to HDMI cable from your video card ?

That is what I plan on doing. My video card has 2 DVI outputs. I have a DVI to HDMI cable on order and plan on connecting a 26" HDTV for previews and watching finished videos via camcorder.

I have a cable and I could test it, but I already use 2 monitors connected, in order to have enough room to work with Vegas comfortably...
