There's really no difference between the box version and download version except:

Box version: you get a quick start manual and a few other pieces of paper along with the CD of the program (which may contain 7.0 so you need to download 7.0a anyway) and the extras CD

Download: You get the most current version and you get it NOW. The $15 extra option when purchasing the download version will get you the extras CD mailed separately.

As for Cinescore, that's a great price and I'd jump on it in a heartbeat if you don't already own it.
