I used Premiere over several versions and was sticking to that, but when I got a job that used Vegas I fell in love with the interface. It's so intuitive. I can cut about 40% faster than I could with Premiere. I only used PPro 1.0 so maybe they've improved things in subsequent versions, but I will do the bulk of my work with Vegas from now on.
