Compile clips to a project from multiple other projects
I need suggestions on how to create a project with clips from multiple other vegas projects.
I have several recordings of training sessions, each covering many topics during their course. "Etiquette", for instance, is one that's touched on in several of the different sessions. I'd like to compile a separate "Etiquette" compilation project that has the etiquette segments from the multiple other Vegas projects. Raw timeline clips, unrendered. Would this process and my options be different in v.17 than 15? Thank you in advance. |

Re: Compile clips to a project from multiple other projects
Sam, I don't see how this would change any between versions 15 and 17. You can add the entire project to a timeline as a "Nested" project. Do that for each of the projects on the same timeline and then trim out the part you don't want.
Having said the process is the same in both versions, later versions may handle nested projects better! Take a look at "Nested projects" in the help file.
