Help match these two shots
One shot is from 5d mark iv and the other is from a canon 30a. Want to match the 30a to the 5d in vegas. Any ideas?

You could try Vegas Color Match.
Or open up the Vector Scope and RGB Parade and try starting with Levels or one of the Color Correctors (Primary or Secondary). [Edit] Also try Color Curves. |

Step 1 would be to use a color correction filter for white balance, and correct the 30d footage, which is much warmer than the 5d. Depending on the filter, there may be an eyedropper that you can use to target one of the white dresses.
Then I'd look at Patrick's suggestions. I've not used Vegas Color Match, but it could be very helpful.
