At the first Magix release of version 14, they asked such a high price, that I switched to Studio. So that was a predictable way to loose some long time Vegas Pro users.

The Steam version has a deep discount right now if you use that.

Because I still am in the mailing list, I also received the reduced price option, but I decided to switch to Studio and I may only return, when prices of updates are more conveniant.
