What happened to Magix web site?

Does anyone know what happened? Earlier today, all forum posts at https://www.vegascreativesoftware.in...gas-pro-forum/ simply disappeared. A short while after that, I found myself logged out. When I tried to log back in, it did not recognize my password.

So I clicked the Forgot password thing, went through the whole process of creating a new password and was told it was a success, but when I tried to log in at the forum, I kept getting an error message, and eventually it stopped recognizing me at all again.

It’s been going on for many hours now. So, something happened. The forum software seems still functioning, but apparently the forum database is gone (hopefully not permanently). As I’m typing this, it is 5:15 am in Germany, so if that is where the server is, nothing will improve for a few more hours.

Of course, once they’ll fix it, I’ll be changing my password and my email address because it looks like they may have been hacked (and even if they deny it eventually, I suggest to everyone to change your passwords and—if you can—your log–in email addresses, but only after everything is up and running again).

At any rate, if anyone knows what is going on, please say so.

(It's never stopped.)

I've had the 404 confirmed by one of our Moderators - he can't access either. Oh well, back T'Mill!

Thanks for your replies, everybody. It’s good to know it wasn’t something on my end.

Still problems with the Magix site. Tried resetting password (couldn't log in with password from my old computer) but never got the email they said was sent allowing me to reset. Tried several times...same result. Opened a support ticket...no reply.
Doesn't bode well for actual product support.

When I reset my password, the email came instantly. It came from bounce@mailgw.magix.net. I would check to see if your mail server may be thinking emails from bounce@mailgw.magix.net should be disregarded as spam.

Thanks Adam.
Yeah, the spam folder was the first thing I checked. No go.
I can log in from my old computer (this one) but not on the new box. Same account same password.
No response at all from Magix.

Ken, try to get the attention of the MAGIX Forum/Community Manager MathiasH through a personal message. I know he's been able to help in these situations.
