Lock Event at DVinfo.net

Just upgraded to 13. Did they remove lock event? I'm not seeing as a toolbar addition. I also may be going crazy.

It is now on the new timeline toolbar which is at the bottom.

Is that a question or statement? If the former, then it costs a lot of money to find out. If the latter, then that would be, possibly, the first sign of such a condition existing. Simples!
