Lost Excalibar...how do I get it back?

In the reset I had to do to get rid of the artifact in my preview screen (see other thread), I seem to have also got rid of Excalibar....at least it has disappeared from Vegas. I can't for the life of me remember how I loaded it on or how I get it to show.

I tried reinstalling it but it stopped a point in the reinstall which I can't get past.
'An Error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed; code 5. Access is denied'

I then uninstalled it with the intention of reinstalling it, but when I tried to reinstall, the same error message came up repeatedly...

Hmmmm...

I love 'Select everything to the right of the cursor'!!

I'd send an email directly to Edward Troxel, the developer of Excalibur. I've dealt with him a few times and he's very quick to get back to me and solve my problems.

Why not have a look at his website while you're at it. It's excellent if little used (which is a great shame):-

Do you need to go to >options > customize toolbar?

A couple of things - yes the current version can be downloaded from my website at www.jetdv.com. A direct link to the Excalibur page is www.jetdv.com/excalibur

When installing, please make sure you reboot first. Even if you exit Vegas, Vegas can remain running in memory and will keep files locked preventing them from being overwritten. This is for all third party tools installed into Vegas - please reboot first!
