Pixelization in straight fades

Ok, I have this hightlight here,
And I can't figure out why when I upload it to the net that the first couple of transitions look like crap. The video isn't bad, but it's those first pictures that pixelate on their transitions. The actual images I used are much larger than the video.

I watched the first two and a half minutes and did not see any pixelation. Perhaps you had a slow connection and the server adjusted the quality accordingly?
