just use straight out of the box ;-)

the only reason i resort to handbrake is to get file size down - it does a better job than vegas AT low bitrates. if i'm happy going over 4000 / file size wise i don't use handbrake.

as others have stated - i'm happy with .mp4. i know it works everywhere.
