First play conumdrum in DVDA
OK here we go on my annual "I forgot how to do this" question.
Once a year I do a job and they love a first play video that once played goes to the first chapter of the project. I've done it in the past but like I said, it's a once a year thing and for the love of dogs and man, I can't remember how I did it. I can get the video to open the next chapter but I can't get it to auto play when you play the dvd. Like I said, I've done it before and it's not that hard to do but I can't remember what I did to make it work. I'm losing grey matter from the large crevice in my skull trying different things to make it work and no, I have changed edit computers since the last time I did this so I no longer have the old DAR file. Any help is appreciated.

Never mind. I figured it out. Forgot I posted the solution a year or so ago and finally found it.

Don,
It's pretty obvious the knees are NOT the first to go! :) With great empathy... Ken |

Re: First play conumdrum in DVDA
My knees were gone 45 or so years ago, my mind started slipping soon there after. The other parts in between. :-(

Don,
Can you please post the link to your first play solution? I searched your posts but couldn't find it. Thanks, Dave |

Re: First play conumdrum in DVDA
David, look in the online help menu for DVDA. The instructions for First Play are spelled out very clearly.

Re: First play conumdrum in DVDA
Thanks Mike. It turns out that I've been doing this for a few years with DVDA. I thought it was something.

Wow, sorry I missed posting the link. It was a post in the Vegas sub forum from 2008.
