Mp4/H.264?

I imported a video clips recorded with my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 phone. On the Vegas 12 Pro timeline, the video window is all black. Audio is fine, just no video. Any idea why?
Thanks,

Re: Mp4/H.264?

What version of QuickTime player do you have installed? My experience has been that the latest version doesn't always work with Vegas so you need to find an older one. I use 7.6.8 on my home machine and (I think) 7.7.3 on my work machine and have no problems reading the files from my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone.
You can find old versions of it at OldVersion.com
