Record screen shot
I need to record a number of screen shots and want to get a definition suitable for playing alongside SD video...through I guess, big screen tv's or projectors.
I have Camstudio (which doesn't seem to have a screen shot feature) and have just tried the Apowersoft Online Screen Recorder - which is easy to use but the definition doesn't seem to be the greatest. Does anyone have any ideas on a higher resolution screen shot saver? |

Re: Record screen shot
Little bit confused Renton, do you mean a screen grab within Vegas,
or A grab of your monitor? Either way, In Vegas you are limited to your Project settings and Preview quality (always set to best for grabs). A print screen, or screen grab of your monitor is limited by the resolution of the monitor. ie 1920x1080 or 1366x768 etc. You could upscale it in Photoshop or similar afterwards but you cant fabricate more pixels than whats there at capture.

Re: Record screen shot
Just press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Then open a paint program and paste. That's as high of a resolution you can get.

Re: Record screen shot
Thanks guys. I came to realise after posting that a screen grab would be limited in resolution. Just have to live with that...
