You can use Arrowhead from Cookie Cutter or foreign PNG image.

Open Character Map (found under System Tools) and use the Wingding font.
You'll find several arrows in there that can be used in the Text Media Generator in Vegas. |

It's a Windows thing. IIRC it's under All Programs, Accessories.
