web delivery mp4

I've a few questions regarding my converting 720x480 DV-AVI to 320x240 AVC/mp4 for web delivery.

How do I determine if my source video is StudioRGB or ComputerRGB?
Secondly, I read the Mainconcept AVC is crippled in SVP10. How so?
Thirdly, interpolate or blend deinterlace for the web or is this subjective?

I'm running SVP10c

Thanks for any insight

Re: web delivery mp4

If your project is 'progressive', don't use blend deinterlace, try 'none'
