If you don't have any third party software installed, I'm not sure why it would not appear. In fact, I don't know why it would not appear even if you do have the current versions of 3rd party software installed. The only suggestion I'd be able to make would be to uninstall all Sony products, clear out the registry, and then reinstall all Sony products. There are instructions to do that on Sony's website.

Edward,
As I will be rebuilding soon onto an SSD, I will put V12 on first to check for normal operation. Then I shall check after each of the other Sony applications/versions. Thanks for the advice. Steve |
