Video Clips
My question is video clips in your project media library. Is there a way that once you put the clip on you timeline, can you have it delete from your project media library? When I use the clip in the timeline it also stays in my PM Library and there are times I am not sure if I used the clip or not. Once I put it on my timeline, I would like it to delete from my PM Library

If by "PM Library", you mean the Project Media tab, the answer is no as that's what your project uses as a reference.
If you delete it from there, it's gone from your project as well. Besides, if you tried to delete it, you always get a warning that the event is on the timeline and that if you delete it, it will be gone from your project too. |

In the Project Media tab look at the Use Count column. It will tell you how many times you've used a particular clip.
