I would move the current render to a different folder and then just replace the render with the new one using the same name. DVD Architect should automatically pick up the new file automatically. You may need to manually tell it to load in the new markers as the marker locations (after 19, anyway) will change. To make sure you test it. Even if something is off, you can manually adjust the current menu item instead of having to start from scratch.
