Waterfall noise removal at DVinfo.net

I just need to reduce background waterfall noise (sounds like a low hiss) a bit. Vegas Pro 11. Can someone tell me a simple method.

Check this tutorial at the 3.10 point .. the audio equaliser. Try reducing the sound of the waterfall. Overdoing it might affect the rest of that tracks sound ...
