Hard drive solution?

Good morning gentlemen,

I managed to salvage a long form project off a corrupted hard drive. I have it totally copied to a new hard drive.

Is there a quick and easy way to get Vegas to find all the files on the new hard drive, The window to find or replace doesn't seem to find the files even when I specify the new drive.

Dale

Re: Hard drive solution?

I think the best solution, if possible, is to make sure that the file structure on the new drive matches exactly how it was on the old drive, and then using Windows' computer management, change the new drive's letter to the letter used by the old drive. In this way Vegas should be oblivious to the fact that you have actually changed physical drives.
