Burning MPEG2 ?
I have a bunch of mpeg2 files that were not orginally created in Vegas. Is there any reason to import the files into Vegas to be rendered out to a file made for DVD Architect as oposed to just bringing the files into dvd architect from the begining. I am using the latest version of Sony HD Platinum along with DVD Architect 5. THe files are all standard def files that were created from vhs tapes.

Re: Burning MPEG2 ?
The only reason I can think of to bring them into Vegas first would be to color correct or possibly use some sort of image stabilization on them.

Re: Burning MPEG2 ?
I would say no. Just add them to DVD Architect and burn away.
