Urgent help needed please with swapping out HD for proxies at DVinfo.net

For working with mixed footage, 1920x1080i, 1440x1080i and 720p, I convert to Cineform and edit.

This time I accidentally put these hundreds of clips on the timeline using the original files, and have done two days worth of preliminary work (CC, chapters, trimming clips etc).

Normally no problem, I use Gearshift to swap out the HD for SD clips, but this time it's not working, and my choice now would appear to be either reassociate each clip by hand hundreds of times over, or ditch the project start over.

Anyone know of a way to quickly and easily swap out HD for SD with same names? Or does anyone know why Gearshift might not be seeing the proxies?

I got it, never mind. I had an extra space in the names of the renamed files, fixed it.
