Glad it's working for you Ian! Originally, I purchased the BMI for HDMI capture, but it turns out to be a pretty versatile card!
I"m guessing that edge connector on the back of the card is to use it as a component to make a Decklink, which is like an Intensity but also with SDI in/out - it's a two-card product. But that's just speculation....

Just had a reply from Black Magic - it's actually a mini USB port that they use to initialise the cards back at base! Should've looked more closely - and thank goodness I didn't let curiosity get the better of me!!
Yes, the more I learn about the Intensity Pro, the more impressed I am. Thanks again for the tip. |
