VMSHD10 crashing
I'm working on a project and VMSHD10 has crashed several times. I'm wondering if the screen grab attached is giving any clues to the problem. Two of the video and audio clips have pink backgrounds while all others have white backgrounds. Any insight into what that is telling me? The media off-line notice only appears while i do the screen grab so i don't think it is related to the problem.

Re: VMSHD10 crashing
The pink background means the audio and video are out of sync. Sometimes that's a "false positive" which, I am sure, is probably the situation in your case.

Re: VMSHD10 crashing
Thanks Edward. I was hoping that would be helpful for the crashes but at least now i know what the pink background means.

Re: VMSHD10 crashing
Hi Ian, It seems a little random and normally catches me off guard but often it happens while while playing the video in the preview window.
