Final output dvpal widescreen has always low volume, why?

Final output of my dvd drendere with dvdarch has always lower volume than the original, why? thank you |

If you're using DVDA and either you are rendering the audio to AC3 or allowing DVDA to render it then you need to make some changes in the render settings. For Vegas to render AC3 and keep the levels you need to goto the menu; File>Render As>AC3...goto the Custom Button and change the following settings;;
Dialouge Normalization set to (minus)31 (-31) which is on the Audio Service Tab, then goto the Preprocessing Tab and set the Line Mode and the RF mode profiles to NONE. Save as a preset. Now when it is rendered and brought into DVDA the levels will remain what they were set at in Vegas. To the best of my knowledge there is no way to set these in DVDA so you need to render in Vegas.

Should i do this before every render for example for HDV output or just for mpg2 dvdarch? have a great weekend MATE! Thanks a lot |

The adjustments Don is referring to are applicable only to AC-3 files when you're creating a DVD.
