Re: Getting fed up with crashes
Thanks again guys,
Gerald, I have downloaded & installed Edward's Excalibur, but I cannot see any reference to autosaves. How do I set this ? And Larry, I am using "Microsoft Security Essentials" and am very pleased with it. - I ditched "Norton" RonC. |

Re: Getting fed up with crashes
Re my last post, I have found out how to select the auto-save feature & set it to two minutes.

Re: Getting fed up with crashes
My Vegas 10 crashes whenever i load anything over 10-12 minutes into the time-line and begin editing. It's like it can't handle that much footage. If i simply reduce it down to 9 minutes or so, it doesn't crash. It's incredibly frustrating, i put it down to bad programming/software. Once i'm done with a few projects im thinking of switching to something else. I have nothing else running in the background either, and have this same issue on another edit suite with Vegas. Poor coding if you ask me. Other than that its great.
