Render to new track
It is the first time for me working HD 1080-24p (1920x1080, 23.976 fps).
When trying to Render to new track I don't see any option for this template. All I see is a blue ray and internet options. Until now I worked HDV 1080-60i (1440x1080, 29.970 fps) and when render to a new track I had HDV1080 60i Thanks in advance.

Re: Render to new track
When you render to a new track, you have all the render options you would when doing a final render. Several formats have 1080p/24p options. Where are you looking? And what is the footage you're editing?

Re: Render to new track
There are a lot of choices other than MPEG-2, though. There's AVI, AVC . . .
Your footage -- do you know what codec it is? AVCHD? H.264?
