HDV 1080i 30p Project Settings in Vegas Pro 10 at DVinfo.net

I am taping on Sony V1U cameras typically in 1080i 30p. What project properties should I use in Sony Vegas Pro 10? I believe it will be one of the two I am listing below. The end result of the project will be for use online, std DVD, and possibly Blu-ray disc.

Any advice as to the pros or cons of either of those templates is appreciated. I am taping at 30p vs 24p to try and avoid the jello effect with the CMOS sensors since we have hand held cameras and sometimes a camera on a crane.
