30p and slo-mo in Vegas Pro 9???
Hey guys...I shot a wedding in 1920x1080 30p on my Canon 60D. I want to slow down some of the footage for dramatic reasons and I am getting that funky progressive studder. I have seen smooth slo-mo done and was wondering if I need a plug-in for it.
Is Twixtor the only answer or can I manipulate some settings in Vegas Pro 9? Thanks! |

Re: 30p and slo-mo in Vegas Pro 9???
I don't know about 30p, so I can't help you there. I believe that the current thinking is that 30p is a format suited for the web and pc viewing, and is not a format suited for DVD production. I think you might want to rethink shooting in 30p in the future if you're final destination is DVD, but maybe you know what you're doing.
Someone else will likely chime in here, sorry I couldn't help.
