Lee,
do you mean an FX that is used in Vegas to generate keyframes from music which can then be applied to your footage via other fx, zooming, etc? If so, I dont know of any for Vegas, but you can do it easily in After Effects. If you just want a visual of what they used in the clip, just "borrow" it via keepvid.com Then you could change the colors, aspect ratio, rotation etc to make it your own. like this maybe, :)

Attached is the first track of the project (or very similar, I deleted the original, oops, my bad).
Just open up another instance of Vegas, download the source file from original post, apply this veg and tune to your liking, then use it as the base for the project. Interestingly, it really is easy to do in AFX. good night people.

When you say 'tune' what do you mean? How do you get it to sync with the audio?

Lee,
I just meant that you can tune the fx the way you want them, colors, brightness etc. The veg you downloaded is only a 15 sec demo, you will need to import your own version of the clip and then use the veg as a reference. Of course, because it was generated from that piece of music, thats all it will fit, unless you are lucky enough to find another piece of music with the same accents and BPM. If you want to make your OWN version of an eq to your OWN music, it really needs to be done in AFX or similar program, as I demonstrated in the previous post. Give it a go, https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/i...=after_effects

I only wanted a 10 sec general audio effect for 120bpm pop music.
