Magnifying glass icon, how to get rid of it? at DVinfo.net

I'm not sure how my arrow pointer became a magnifying glass. But the time line has shrunk in size. What used to be an arrow is now the magnifier glass. How do I get my arrow back?

Edit - Editing Tool - Normal (or press CTRL-D)

BTW, to change it you pressed "D" or "SHIFT D" one or more times.
