Editing files from Canon XF 100 or 300 with Sony Vegas Pro 10.
Am I right in thinking that these XF files can be opened in SV Pro 10 as XDCam files without any third-party codecs being downloaded?

Has there ever been any confirmation of this?

Since I wrote that post back in January, I've since bought the XF300 and edit painlessly with Vegas Pro 10, using - I presume - the in-bult XDCam facilty.
It just works!
