Vegas Movie Studio 8 > Vegas Pro 9

Haven't tried it yet, but would like to avoid wasting time as it's a bit of a crunch and I won't be able to get to it until later this evening...

Can Vegas Pro 9 open Vegas Movie Studio 8 .veg files? Are they even .veg files?

Thanks in advance.

Movie Studio project files have a .vf extension but Pro 9 can open a VMS 8 file with no problem.
VMS can't open Pro files though, just so you know.

Thanks, that's what I figured and it's a one way thing so I don't need to give it back as a project, just a completed .avi.
